- 1979
- 毅欣有限公司成立於1979年，在台灣進口代理酒類產品超過30餘年。多年來代理的日系酒品包含養命酒、Choya蝶矢梅酒、白鹿清酒等。歐系品牌有法國滿得吉雅邑白蘭地、卡帝耶干邑白蘭地、利斯摩爾及McGibbons蘇格蘭威士忌等品牌。毅欣公司在機場免稅商店有著豐富的經驗並代理超過15項產品。
- 1987
- 在公司創辦人陳城榮董事長帶領之下，毅欣公司的團隊取得日本知名藥酒--養命酒Yomeishu 台灣獨家代理權。
- 1989
- 陳董事長與全球第一大酒商Seagram合組施格蘭志亞(股)有限公司，旗下代理知名品牌起瓦士、皇家禮炮威士忌、馬爹利干邑白蘭、及絕對伏特加等知名品牌。
隨著公司的成功計畫及經營，毅欣公司擴展版圖，經營觸角跨入健康產業，其通路點包括便利超商、超市、量販店、菸酒專賣店和藥局。
- 1999
- 毅欣公司在中國上海設立分支機構上海毅欣貿易有限公司，主要為中國大陸華東地區的三星Samsung血壓計，耳溫槍，醫療器材總代理。
- 2001
- 在持續不斷的努力下，養命酒取得行政院衛生署中醫藥委員會認定為台灣第一支進口藥酒。
- 2005
- 毅欣公司取得了全球口味最多的伏特加－荷蘭梵谷伏特加台灣代理權。
- 2010
- 毅欣公司取得了世界上榮獲最多獎項的頂極伏特加－瑞典晶鑽伏特加以及富有藝術氣息的西班牙Urbezo葡萄酒台灣代理權。
- 2011
- 轉投資 法納提（上海）貿易有限公司－為一專門經營葡萄酒事業的公司，並有許多專業葡萄酒品酒師，隨時為消費者和客戶提供最優質服務。法納提設有葡萄酒與烈酒教育基金會(WSET)並有專業講師提供品酒專業資格認證課程。
- 2012
- 取得韓國人蔘第一品牌正官庄在台藥局經銷代理權。
毅欣公司目前正與寶騰生技公司合作將台灣獨有之牛樟芝系列產品行銷到兩岸三地之華人市場。
- 1979
- Established in 1979, Happy Island Trading Co. has been a country distributor of wines and spirits for more than 30 years in Taiwan. The company’s representing products include Japanese brands as Yomeishu Herbal liqueur, Choya Plum Wine, and Hakushika Sake and European brands as Montesquiou Armagnac, Gautier Cognac, Lismore and McGibbons Scotch Whiskies, etc. Also, we are well-experienced in Duty Free Shop and have more than 15 products listed.
- 1987
- Under the lead of the company’s Founder & President Mr. Charlie Chen, the company has become the exclusive distributor for a well-known Japanese herbal liqueur, Yomeishu in Taiwan.
- 1989
- President Charlie Chen jointed venture with the world’s largest distiller of alcoholic beverages Seagram and set up Seagram C.I. (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. as a distributor for many best selling brands, including Chivas Regal, Royal Salute, Martell Cognac, and Absolute Vodka etc.
With successful business planning and management, Happy Island has expanded its portfolio to health-supplement products through many channels, including CVS, supermarkets, hypermarket, liquor stores and pharmacy stores.
- 1999
- The company set up a branch office in Shanghai named Shanghai Happy Island Trading Co. as a sole distributor for Samsung Blood Pressure Monitor, Thermometer and medical equipments in Eastern China Provinces.
- 2001
- With continuous efforts, Yomeishu has become the first imported medicated herbal liqueur certified by “Committee on Chinese Medicine & Pharmacy Department of Health” in Taiwan.
- 2005
- The company has become the exclusive country distributor for the world’s most flavored vodka, Dutch Van Gogh flavored Vodkas in Taiwan.
- 2010
- The company has become the exclusive distributor for the world’s most awarded ultra premium vodka, Purity Vodka and a highly artistic Spanish Urbezo Wines in Taiwan.
- 2011
- Happy Island invested Infinity Wines & Spirits Corporation (Shanghai), a company specializes in wines with many professional sommeliers to provide the best quality to its customers at any time. Infinity Wines & Spirits sets up a foundation of Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) and has the certified instructors to deliver WSET Certificate courses.
- 2012
- The company has become the pharmaceutical distributor for Korean No. one ginseng brand, Cheong Kwan Jang.
Happy Island is currently cooperating with Power Nature Biomedical Corporation to sell Taiwanese unique Antrodia Cinnamomea products in Greater China.
